The Stone Harbor Museum is proud to present seven exciting programs this summer. Come see our guest speakers as they each provide their own interesting story about an aspect of the history of the area, all presentations at Museum 9410 Second Ave. Admission is FREE, donations welcome.
2019 Stone Harbor Museum Stories
7/3 – Jim Talone presents “Shipwrecks”: interesting who, what, when details and pictures.
7/10 – Linda Picanza presents “Past Businesses”: early Stone Harbor shops and stores.
7/17 – Representatives of Stone Harbor Police Department tell about past Police happenings.
7/24 – Bill Dougherty shares the story of the marsh behind the Great Channel that includes a 17 minute video.
7/31 – Viewing of the 75th Stone Harbor Anniversary Movie made by Jack Fitzpatrick.
8/7 – Sr James tells story of Villa Maria past, present & future.
Each event starts at 7 pm at the Museum 9410 Second Ave Stone Harbor 08247. Light refreshments served and admission is FREE, donations greatly appreciated. Please come and enjoy an interesting evening with friends.
8/14 –Stone Harbor Yacht Club Historian Ellen McNeil shares the fun and interesting memories of the club.
